So I really want to post something every day, but today I simply have nothing to say...Oh wait yes I do. I just watched the newest episode of Glee and oh my gosh! I can't believe Shelby is Rachel's biological mother! Well actually I can because Idina Menzel and Lea Michele look almost identical! Oh I also watched a few other episodes I had missed and I have a new favorite quote. "I'm like Tinkerbell! I need applause to LIVE!" :) Ok that's pretty much it. So, yeah...

Nothing major happened today, but my mom is really sick, so I was out of school caring for her. My dad was playing in a golf tournament today so I told him I'd take care of her and I let him go play golf. I can't stand to see her this sick and not be able to do a thing about it. I'm not really sure how the rest of the week is going to work because some one has to go stay with my grand parents because my grandfather is having surgery and my grandmother is bed bound because of osteoporosis. My mom was going to, but now she's sick that leaves me and my dad. Some one has to stay here and take care of my mom and the person staying with my grandparents needs to be able to drive. Seeing as I can't drive that leaves my dad meaning I need to stay with my mom. Next week is exam week and I don't have any review guides. Of course my dad probably won't leave me here because he doesn't trust me. So, life is currently hectic. Wow reading over this it sounds really bad, but I can assure you my life isn't falling apart, no one is dying and I will see tomorrow as will the rest of my family. I just needed to write down my feelings. One more thing, I'm not looking for sympathy, I'm looking for a place to get all these issues off my chest. Seeing as I don't keep a diary, that leaves here. If I'm really getting you down give me about two weeks then I'll be more upbeat and more myself. I promise. (and I keep my promises)

Just a picture to sum up my feelings from my last post.
Middle School guys are so annoying. Sure I've heard a million times if they annoy you it means they like you. Yeah right! I think they just annoy you to annoy you. It's driving me crazy! This new guy at school has started spreading rumors about me and I'm sick of it. My friends help calm me down and everything, but it's just so hard to take and not do anything about it. Boys just need to grow up and get a life, because they can't just go around ruining mine and others.

You know it's summer when you can dance in the rain and not freeze to death. :) It is so much fun and I would highly recommend it. I just did and had the time of my life, even if it only lasted for a few minutes. To me it's a way to let go and take what the world throws at you with a smile. I haven't done that in years and it felt amazing to just let loose and have fun doing spins and turns and jumps in the rain. Not to mention singing at the top of your lungs so you can hear yourself over the rain. Its just amazing :)
I recently found a new quote I like. "To be alive is to be vulnerable." (Madeleine L'Engle) That quote was posted on facebook by Mrs. Lee Glover at just the right time for me. I was complaining to my friend the other day about how crying makes me feel so vulnerable (random conversation I know) Then we switched topics to how we are exact opposites. She cries in public quite a bit and likes to stand out and get attention, while I like to act like nothing can hurt me when I'm in public, blend in, and get no attention. Of course saying that was practically challenging her now she wants to make me like attention. (Fun Huh?) So she said that from now on for every casual day we get at school, she's going to pick out my outfit. This should be just dandy.

School House Rock Live Jr. Was absolutely amazing! I had a great time being in it, I actually danced too! :) My solo was Unpack Your Adjectives and was a really annoying song, but a nice challenge. The notes in the second verse are really weird because the music was changed to fit a younger range. My range isn't the same as the range it was made to fit. I enjoyed the challenge and eventually figured out what to do with the song so I could sing it. The dances were amazing! Each song fit into a certain time period almost and the ones that didn't had obvious settings. Our marvelous directors, Mrs. Lee Glover and Mr. Josh Sass, took each song with a time period and created a dance from that time period along with costumes. It was great! I enjoyed The Circulation and Conjunction Junction  the most. The Circulation was a fifties dance so Trent Rowedder, the soloist, was dressed like Elvis and all the girls had baggy oxford shirts and rolled jeans. The finishing touch was an ascot. The dance involved a lot of bunny hopping, hand jiving, and twisting. There was even a fight over "Elvis'" scarf. Conjunction Junction had lots of pick feather boas and Hayden Ingram, the soloist, had a cane and a hat. That was an amazingly fun song to dance to because of the feather boas. :) There is a lot more I could cover, but I don't want to bore anyone.
